  1. Submit your company account setup information: Submit your account setup information to our company account setup form. Our operations team will then begin your company account creation.

    1. In order to submit your company account information, you must provide the following information:

      1. Legal company name (for naming your Liquifi company account)

      2. Token network/chain (e.g., Ethereum, Optimism, Avalanche)

      3. Liquifi company account owner wallet address

      4. Whether you'll be self-custodying tokens for distribution (i.e., via Safe, Ledger, Trezor, etc) or using a qualified custodian (i.e., Anchorage Digital, Coinbase Prime, etc)

      5. Wallet provider and wallet address for your company account treasury (i.e., the source wallet for the tokens you'll be distributing via Liquifi)

      6. At least one account administrator’s name, wallet address, and email address

      7. Account setup deadline (if applicable)

      8. Preferred method of communication with Liquifi team (Slack or Telegram)

  2. Liquifi sets up your company account: Liquifi will set up your company account based on your company account setup form responses and reach out to clarify as needed.

  3. Structure your stakeholder data for upload: Gather your stakeholder data using our bulk stakeholder import template.

    1. Don't have wallet addresses yet? If you don't already have wallet addresses for your stakeholders, you can import them with only an email address and invite them to register a wallet to Liquifi directly.

  4. Define your token grant schedule templates: As part of your onboarding process, you'll need to structure your token grant schedule templates within Liquifi.

    1. Here's a worksheet to define the parameters required for template creation in Liquifi.

  5. Structure your token grant data for upload: Gather your token grant data using our bulk token grant import token grant template.

Planning to have stakeholders claim tokens? Please note that anyone using a custodial wallet (typically large investors via Anchorage Digital or Coinbase Prime) will be able to use our email invite feature to register their wallet manually but they will not be able to claim tokens since they are unable to connect their wallet address to a dApp.

For any stakeholders that are using custodial wallets, you will need to either (a) pay out their tokens to them when they are available or (b) request them to set up a non-custodial wallet that can connect to a dApp.

  6. Pay your first invoice: Our onboarding team is unable to release your account to you until you have paid your first invoice.

  7. Log in for the first time: Once you receive confirmation that your account has been setup, log in to https://app.liquifi.finance/ with your account owner wallet address (or your Safe signer address if using a Safe).

  8. Import your stakeholders using the data structured in Step 3 above.

    1. ❗Important: You must import your stakeholders before importing their token grants.

    2. After importing, you'll be able to send out email invites to any stakeholders who don't have wallet addresses already defined. You can share this article with any stakeholders that need help setting up their account using email invite.

    3. Optional: Once your stakeholders register their wallet addresses, send test transactions to your stakeholders before publishing their grants to verify the correct wallet address is registered to receive tokens.

  9. Build your token grant schedule templates in Liquifi based on the templates defined in Step 4 above.

  10. Import your token grants based on the data you structured in Step 5 above.

  11. Publish at least one token grant

    1. ❗You will not be able to publish a stakeholder's token grant until they've registered a wallet address.

    2. You will not be able to proceed to publishing your account on-chain and generating an escrow until you publish at least one grant.

  12. Publish your account on-chain

    1. Completing this action will generate your escrow wallet that you can then deposit tokens into.

  13. Fund your escrow

  14. If there are deliverable tokens upon publishing your token grants:

    1. If you are paying out tokens to stakeholders: Pay out any deliverable tokens

    2. If stakeholders are claiming tokens: Invite them to claim their tokens.

After you publish all token grants, your account onboarding is complete and your stakeholders will be able to log in with their wallet and/or email address to view their token grants.
