Yes, Liquifi reviews your signer list every 24 hours and adds any new signers on your Safe to your Liquifi account as owners.

My Liquifi account is managed by a Safe and I've removed a signer from the Safe. Will Liquifi automatically remove that signer as an owner on my Liquifi account?

No, you will need to log in to Liquifi and manually remove the signer as an owner. Here's our support documentation on managing your account administrators. While they aren't automatically removed as an owner on your Liquifi account, rest assured that they cannot complete any on-chain transactions in your account once you remove them as a signer on the Safe.
