Claim tokens from Liquifi with a Fireblocks wallet
Last updated: November 7, 2024
To successfully log in to claim tokens from Liquifi with a Fireblocks wallet, you'll need to configure your Fireblocks TAPs properly. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth connection:
Step 1: Allowlist the Liquifi escrow smart contract address you'll receive tokens from within your Fireblocks account
Reach out to your token grant administrator and request their Liquifi escrow smart contract address. Escrow smart contract addresses are unique for each organization that uses Liquifi to distribute tokens.
Allowlist the address they provide within your Fireblocks account.
Step 2. Configure your Transaction Authorization Policies (TAPs) to interact with Liquifi
Set up your TAPs to:
Allow type messages
Allow contract calls between the wallet address designated to receive your tokens and the escrow smart contract address provided by your token grant administrator.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter an error in Liquifi after completing the steps above:
Review your Fireblocks transactions for a description of the error.
Review your TAP settings to ensure they allow interactions with Liquifi.
Verify that typed message signing is enabled for the vault you're using.
Double-check that you've allowlisted the correct smart contract escrow address.
If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, please contact support@liquifi.finance with screenshots of your TAP setup and the error message shown in your Fireblock transaction history.
