I don't have access to my admin wallet anymore

Accessing Liquifi as the company administrator
Access to Liquifi's admin functions, including the ability to withdraw tokens back to your wallet, is only granted to the main administrator wallet (i.e., admin wallet) with transaction signing privileges and access to the private key.
When using Liquifi, we recommend using a secure, shared company wallet like a Gnosis Safe multi-signature wallet so that multiple people can share accounts securely while controlling the risk of exploits.
If you plan to use an individually-managed wallet, we recommend creating internal company processes for securely transferring ownership of the private key or sharing access if and when necessary (e.g., if an employee gets terminated).
Losing access to the admin wallet
If you lose access to the admin wallet's private key and have no way to recover access, you will not be able to log into the Liquifi website or withdraw any funds back into the admin wallet.
This is for security purposes and to ensure that Liquifi and any third party cannot access your tokens and are only accessible to the admin wallet and the stakeholder beneficiaries.
Any tokens eligible for claiming that are unlocked or vested can still be given to each of the beneficiaries. But without the current admin wallet, you cannot force withdraw tokens back into the admin wallet or transfer ownership of the admin wallet to a new wallet.
If you need assistance sending unlocked or vested tokens to your beneficiaries and do not have access to your admin wallet, contact support@liquifi.finance.
